'Tis true - these are brilliant! I'm thinking they deserve a map, perhaps like the text map of the route on this blog's background, or maybe a bit like this, or in some other graphical arrangement. WOuld be really nice to see some experiments with that.

Talk about coincidences! You can see Jon Bounds on the top front right of my first picture of the bus, No.3. We also saw and commented on the zebra-striped Citroen 2CV. I think it was round about Stechford or Yardley, so it must have been out and about for a good part of the day.

Well, Richard, it seems that coincidences come in threes, because I'm on the top deck front seat in your last photo of the bus. I saw you check your watch and snap a photo, and wondered if you were an 11er. If you look closely you can see I'm grinning at the thought. However, I was boarding the 11C after arriving on foot in the opposite direction. My posts about it are on my tumblr log, and I'll put a link to a gallery there also. elevenning
